Perry recorded several tracks at an undisclosed site in 1977, three of which appeared in his 1978 American release compilation album  "Where You're Concerned". He appears to have recorded a very early version of "That's What Friends Are For"  as well as an unidentified song titled "Marie" which was over-dubbed almost a year after the recording but never released.
