Recorded February 3, 1977 at an unknown location in Hollywood California

This may not be the same song composed by Burt Bacharach and Carole Bayer Sager due to the apparent early recording date, or, it could be a very early version of the song. It would not have been unusual for Perry to have an early opportunity experimenting with new material. Several of the songs recorded at this time were released in his 1978 compilation album "Where You're Concerned".
