Notes: Perry returned to Nashville in
January, 1975, for recording sessions which resulted in his final
album
produced by Chet Atkins and marking the tenth anniversary of his first
recordings there.
As with his sessions two years earlier, it appears that
both Atkins and Perry toyed with a number
of directions the result of
which may have turned out to be very different than originally planned.
Perry experimented with a number of recordings and more than a few were
left unreleased.
He recorded at least 19 tracks in
Nashville of which 10 were released in the
final album and two
additional as singles only. The original title track
for the album was intended to be
"World of Dreams" composed by British crooner Des O'Connor.
